CDKN2B deletion and/or promoter hypermethylation is commonly observed in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 30635552, PMID: 30592434) and CDKN2B deletions have also been reported in liposarcoma (PMID: 21910158), renal cell carcinoma (PMID: 23898052), and glioma (PMID: 30558563). | |
