| TIE2（酪氨酸激酶受體）主要表達(dá)于血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞表面的受體，胞外區(qū)含免疫球蛋白 域 （結(jié)合 ANG ） 、 EGF 樣域 （介導(dǎo)二聚化） ； 胞內(nèi)區(qū)含酪氨酸激酶活性位點(diǎn) （Y1100/Y1108）。被配體激活后通過 PI3K/AKT 和 MAPK 通路調(diào)控內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞存活、遷移 及血管屏障功能。在病理狀態(tài)下（如膿毒癥、腫瘤），TIE2 信號異常導(dǎo)致血管滲漏或異常 增生。 | |
