| EZR, ezrin, is a member of the ERM family that links the cytoplasm to the actin cytoskeleton and regulates polarization and migration in leukocytes and macrophages. EZR plays a role in metastasis in a number of cancer types although decreased Ezr expression has been associated with decreased survival in clear cell renal carcinoma and an EZR-ROS1 fusion has been identified in lung cancer. | |||
